Financial Ecological Environment Evaluation Index System Framework And Empirical Research

In the process of China’s reform and opening up and economicdevelopment, financial risk become the focus of the theory and practiceof community concern. In2003, the People’s Bank of China in order to studythe historical roots and institutional roots of the formation ofnon-performing assets，they analyzed financial data between2001and2002,this is the bank’s non-performing loans of the empirical studies in thefirst time, research findings indicate that: our concentration of bankingrisks, not only banks and other financial sector’s own problems, but alsoa wide range of financial institutions subject to the operation andsurvival of the environment."Financial ecology" first put forward by thecentral bank governor Zhou xiao chuan in2004. Since then, the theory offinancial ecological environment evaluation system, the further researchmaking the financial environment theory has been developed and perfected,and provides ideas and path improvements and evaluation for thedevelopment of the regional financial industry from theory and conductedtwo aspects.Previous literature is more qualitative point of view, the methodsthat how to establish evaluation index system are different, so far thereis no consensus. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a method ofqualitative and quantitative analysis can be organically combined methodto determine the index weight method. This is the first of which will beintroduced in AHP and the actual situation of Beijing ’s economic andfinancial data to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation indexsystem of financial ecological environment,Then,analyze the differencesbetween the various districts and counties of Beijing internally byselecting the2012Beijing16counties of economic and financial data,;and conduct a longitudinal evaluation of the financial environment fromthe perspective of development analysis of the evolution of the idea of financial ecological environment in Beijing after the interception ofBeijing2007-2012data associated with the financial environment forBeijing,Financial and ecological environment construction in Beijing toprovide a reference to the future, make policy recommendations to BeijingFinancial construction and improvement of the ecological environment.
