Research On Identification, Appraisal And Control Of High Technology Entrepreneurial Risk

With the coming of economic globalization and knowledge economy economic activity has taken great effect. High-tec enterprise has become important development point and key point of economic competition between different countries. Experienced with twenty years'development since reform and opening-up, our country's high-tech enterprise has become important support of economic sustainable and healthy development. Therefore, how to further development of our country's high-tech enterprise has got great importance. Technology innovation has already been the key factor of economic sustainable development. High technology enterprise has more and more important status in our country's innovation system. The Seventeenth Congress of Chinese Communist Party puts forward that we should enforce development strategy of enlarging employment and promote employment depending on entrepreneurship. This new opinion is a summary and forecasting decision. It points out way of the whole society's economic development. Thus, hi-tech entrepreneurship will become an important part of our country's economic development. But Hi-tech enterprise also faces various risks in entrepreneurial process. Therefore, Research on our country's Hi-tech entrepreneurial risk has typicality and necessity. Based on literature review and theory research, this paper analyses our country's hi-tech entrepreneurial risk and puts forward countermeasures.Firstly, this paper makes clear the detonation of our country's high-tech enterprise, explores development status quo of our country's hi-tech enterprise, analyses entrepreneurial surroundings of our country's hi-tech enterprise and its'characteristics of various stages.Secondly, this paper analyses how to identify and appraise our country's hi-tech entrepreneurial risk and develops comprehensive appraisal model of our country's hi-tech entrepreneurial risk.Then, according to previous analysis, this paper puts forward risk control measures of our country's high-tech enterprise.Finally, combined with a case, the paper analyses how to identify and control this enterprise's entrepreneurial risk, summaries this paper's conclusion, analyses insufficiency of research and gives an expectation on the further research.
