Study On The Risk Control Of Sci-tech Bank In Guizhou Province

Currently, in the period of transformation of economic development in Guizhou,how to effectively solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprise, will not only related to small and medium-sized technology-based enterprise’s contribution to the economic development in Guizhou,also relates to the banks how to stand out from the fierce competition.Then, it has become the objective need of setting up specifical Sci-Tech Bank for funding for the small and medium-sized technology-based enterprise.Up to now, Guizhou province has set up five Sci-Tech Banks, how to master and control the risk of Sci-Tech Bank in the current and future development,and for others to provide the experience of risk control will become an urgent problem to be solved.Because the established time was a little late, the Sci-Tech Bank in Guizhou province faces a lot of risks in the operation and development has not been highlighted.This paper analyzes the risks of Sci-Tech Bank in Guizhou province of the current,and predict the potential risk in future, then systematic study the causes of existing and potential risks.The subjects of the papers start with economic environment in guizhou province,current situation of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprise, current situation and the risk control of sci-tech bank.Combining with the development of sci-tech bank in our country and the successful experience of the risk control in foreign sci-tech bank, it analyze the risk type of sci-tech bank in Guizhou in theory.Second, respectively analysis from quantity scale, business model, product innovation and risk control of sci-tech bank in guizhou province, which are compared with sci-tech bank outside the province, then reveal the problems of riskcontrol on sci-tech bank in Guizhou provinces.Finally, based on the study of the development on sci-tech bank of Guizhou province in current situation, combining with the economic environment in Guizhou from macro to micro, industry, technology,operation to analysis existing and potential risks of technology bank, and from system,the internal and external cause of science and technology, environment of four aspects analyzes the causes of the formation of bank risk, finally, puts forward some suggestions of sci-tech bank’s risk control in Guizhou.
