In the context of knowledge economy booming, team venturing hasbecome an important model for wealth creation and value realization. Aiming atthe entrepreneurial teams in High-tech, this research consist of Human resourcestrategy, social circumstance factor, team structure, character of the teammember and the performance of team. At the same time, we analyze theinfluence about former four to the last factor.The whole study covers two stages. The former stage includes the interviewswith superiors and case study, through which I got the basic concept of operatingprocess of the entrepreneurial teams in High-tech, and then establish the properindex in order to meet the original hypothesis, while laying foundation forsubsequent empirical study. In the second stage, 13 teams including 126members of team were asked to fill in the questionnaire. Through this process,the content of performance appraisal become appearance. Use factor analyze todivide different types of effect factors into different dimensions, which then beused to find the correction with performance of entrepreneurial teams bycorrelative analyze. Establish the whole performance evaluation system base ondoing thoroughly literature review and the results of the analyze.In this research, we probe into leaders ,members and process of high-techentrepreneurial teams using a caselike approach, and, base on existing researcheson entrepreneurial teams, we integrate information gained though interview andquestionnaire into a concept framework which can serve as a guidance when wecheck a high-tech entrepreneurial team.Finally, we make some discussions on the performance appraisal ofhigh-tech entrepreneurial teams and some suggestion on further research on thetopic.
