A Research On Promoting Industrial Cluster Competitiveness From The View Of Knowledge Value Chain

Today, with the rapid development of knowledge, only depending on a company's own knowledge basis to realize the internal increase can not meet the need of competition. On the contrary, acquiring the external knowledge positively and effectively is more significant for the company to face the complex marketing and technology environment increasingly. During knowledge economy times, companies are clustered not only for static clustering effect such as sharing equipment, saving the costing of trade and transportation, but also for clustering economic effect, which help the innovation knowledge value appreciation. In other words, companies cluster not for saving costing but for acquiring the message of technology and marketing more conveniently and tracing the message about development of technology and market and then innovate continually during the contract and communication with the company in the same field or relative and so as to improve the industry cluster competitiveness.Knowledge management is a completely new area. Consequently, few researchers have been put in to the realm about the KVC (knowledge value chain) in industrial cluster. After consulting a great many references, the author elaborates the definition of cluster and differs it from other relative authorities according to understanding of justice to industry's cluster and information management and KVC by oneself, explain the intension of the competitiveness of cluster, differentiate and analyze the relevant concepts of KVC. The author also probes into the knowledge characteristic of going to industry's cluster competitiveness of knowledge value chain visual angle and influence factor tentatively, and has further explored the inherent relation of the KVC and industry's cluster competitiveness. Furthermore, the author also analyzed the motive force mechanism of going to industry's cluster competitiveness of visual angle of KVC. At last, by using the melts knowing the fermented model, the author has explained the internal micro course of promoting industry's cluster competitiveness of KVC. and then uses this model to explain the engineering and mechanism cluster in Changsha. The author sincerely believes that this theory can be of great benefit to the practice of industrial cluster of government and company.
