Research On The Mechanism Between Chain Industrial Cluster And Technological Innovation Based On Knowledge Spillover

The 13 th Five-year plan points out that Strategic Emerging Industry represents the direction of the new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution.It is the key area to develop new motive force and obtain the future competitive advantage.Based on major technological breakthroughs and development needs,technological innovation has become a key factor in the development of Strategic Emerging Industry.As a new kind of compound organization,the effect of chain industry cluster can not be neglected to expand the scale of industry and improve technological innovation ability.In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge transfer and technology learning are especially important for technological innovation of chain industry cluster,and technology innovation capacity is influenced by the knowledge spillover of chain industry cluster.The knowledge spillover has become an important way for cluster enterprises to improve innovation ability.How does knowledge spillover play a role in promoting technology innovation of chain industry cluster requires further study.Firstly,this paper attempts to define the concept of chain industry cluster and analyze its characteristics based on the related literature at home and abroad and the theory of industrial associations,social network and so on.Secondly,the current situation of industrial chain,industrial cluster and technological innovation in China's Strategic Emerging Industry is analyzed.Then,the mechanism of interaction between chain industry cluster and technological innovation is further explored from the perspective of knowledge spillover.Finally,424 enterprise samples are used to the empirical test by using structural equation model.The results show that chain industry cluster can promote technological innovation of Strategic Emerging Industry by exerting its own advantages,and also promote it through knowledge spillover effect.Chain industry cluster(gathering,embeddedness,openness)and knowledge spillover have positive influence on knowledge spillover and technological innovation ability respectively,so chain industry cluster can also improve technology innovation ability.At the same time,the knowledge spillover plays partial intermediary role between chain industry cluster and technology innovation ability.In addition,the knowledge spillover is the effective way to connect the chain industry cluster with industrial technology innovation.Based on this,the paper putsforward some countermeasures to improve technological innovation ability of Strategic Emerging Industry through chain industry cluster and knowledge spillover.
