Research On The Mechanism Of Knowledge Spillovers On Industrial Cluster Innovation

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"innovation driven development strategy" has been implemented in an orderly way in China.General Secretary Xi proposed at the 19 th national congress that "innovation is the first driving force to lead development",indicating that enterprise innovation has a huge driving force and plays an important role in economic and social development.Under the background of economic globalization,the competition of national comprehensive national strength has already developed into the competition of science and technology,knowledge and talents.Innovation is not only the soul of national progress,but also the driving force to promote the development of a country.High and new technology industry is the innovation leading industry that concentrates knowledge,talent and science and technology,and it is also the main driving force to promote regional technology progress.With the continuous change of industrial structure,the important role of the development of high-tech industry has far exceeded that of labor-intensive industry,which makes the government pay enough attention to the development of high-tech industry.The innovation of industrial cluster plays an important role in improving the competitiveness of the whole industrial structure,and it can also optimize the industrial structure and lead the industry to a better direction.Therefore,how to improve the innovation of industrial clusters has become a key issue that major enterprises and governments at all levels have been concerned about.There is a close relationship between knowledge spillover and industrial cluster innovation.Because of the emergence of knowledge spillover,it will greatly promote the knowledge flow within the industrial cluster,thus leading the innovation of the whole industry technology.However,the mechanism of the impact of knowledge spillover on industrial cluster innovation is not very clear.In this paper,through the review of the relevant theoretical literature of knowledge spillover,we understand the transmission mode and channels of knowledge spillover in high-tech industrial cluster,and analyze the role of knowledge spillover in high-tech industrial cluster innovation.This paper constructs a game model between knowledge spillover and innovation of homogeneous enterprises in industrial clusters,and draws the following conclusions: under the condition of effectively controlling knowledge spillover coefficient,two homogeneous enterprises in industrial clusters will choose independent innovation R & D or cooperative innovation R & D.when the knowledge spillover coefficient reaches a high level,enterprises will innovate R & D through cooperation,To win the largest market share and win-win,so as to drive the innovation of the whole industrial cluster.Then,taking Shenzhen High-Tech Industrial Park as an example,this paper analyzes the role of knowledge spillover in industrial cluster innovation,verifies the feasibility of the game model of enterprise innovation in chapter four,and analyzes the advantages of knowledge spillover in promoting industrial cluster innovation,such as patent protection measures,absorption of highquality talents,perfect investment and financing system,and the culture of the park Environment,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the government and enterprises to strengthen the innovation and development of industrial clusters.
