The Study On Risk Management Of High-tech Enterprise Innovation Cooperative Network

Nowadays industry has become the important symbol of the national economy level. The drastic competition of hi-tech enterprises made the innovative activity of enterprise come into the interact ional innovation networks, and resulted in the hi-tech innovation network. Technology innovation is not only the main headspring of the modern and economic growth, but also the main way that improves the competition ability of hi-tech enterprises and promotes the development of enterprises continuously. However,technological innovation is a kind of high risk activity, which limits the networks' development of technological innovation to a great extent. So, it is significant to identify risk factors of hi-tech enterprise cooperative innovation network, and evaluate the risk degree for network to control risk and gain the maximum income.The thesis uses the successful domestic and foreign study results and experiences for reference, based on analysis of the hi-tech enterprises characteristics, and analyzes deeply the advantage in the hi-tech enterprises innovation activities. This paper also provides a unique opinion on the high-tech innovation networks ability to innovate and the factors of construction. At first,this paper classifies the risk of the high-tech enterprise cooperative innovation network and analyzes their risk factors, summarizes the character of the high-tech enterprise cooperative innovation network risk and its factor, and discerns and values the risk by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Then the author put forward the risk management mechanism. This article perfects the risk management mechanism research, especially for the high-tech cooperative network. It makes a connection between the risk appraisal and management.
