As the high integration of industries with technology and the rapid developmentof market with technology changes the traditional value-creating mode, the servicingtrend in manufacturing industry and the high-tech service system solutions dominatedby large-scale leading enterprises are creating huge value for users, enterprises, andthe majority of members in industrial networks. Value-creating has graduallytransformed from traditional disposable product or value-added service sale to along-term profit mode of―terminal+platform+content+service‖. So it is withvalue-creating subjects, of which cross-organizational, cross-industrial multi-subjectsco-creation replaced previous single enterprise. Especially in high-tech service field,output is no longer a simple product or service but a product/service system, amongwhich the isolated operation of one single module brings no value for users.Meanwhile, high-tech service innovation goes with obvious complexity, high risk andhigh cost. Therefore, in high-tech service field, participating in innovation networkbecomes an ideal choice. By means of integrating different innovation modules in anopen innovation network, high-tech service innovation network provides systematicsolutions for ultimate users and realizes its own value-added target at the time ofoffering value. Hence, it is both theoretically and practically significant to explore theright cooperative interest distribution mechanism and scientific governance mode forthe sustainable development of high-tech service innovation network.In this article, firstly, we give a systematic introduction of technologicalinnovation theory, strategic management theory and network governance theory etcand then make a systematic review about the research achievements of high-techservice innovation, open integration innovation network, value network andparticipant interest distribution etc. Secondly, based on the characteristics ofhigh-tech service innovation network interests and the difference of participants’objects, we construct a two-stage Shapley modified model to disclose the distributionmechanism of the impetus and interest of cooperation innovation with differentparticipants. Finally, we try to verify the interest distribution mode and mechanismthrough a case study of iPhone iOS’s open integrated innovation network.According to the research results, mutual beneficial cooperation is the inevitablechoice for the development of high-tech service innovation and participating in innovation network is the basic guarantee for high-tech service enterprises to succeedin the future competition. The two-stage modified interest distribution mechanismcan better reflect the dominating power and the control power on cooperative surplusof leading innovation network enterprises and highly promote all participants’ valueand diversified targets. Meanwhile, the healthy development of innovation networkcan’t do without good innovation environment and governmental support. Thesefindings above are of profound enlightenment and political implications either toencourage domestic enterprises to take active part in innovation network or topromote correspondent value-creating and dynamic development capacity.
