At present,the world has gradually entered in the period of historical change to the new technological revolution and industrial upgrading transformation.Innovation 3.0 emerged at the historic moment,accelerating the evolution and iteration of the era.Innovation is not only an important force in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also an essential force in meeting the people's growing living needs and resolving the contradictions of imbalanced and insufficient development.In the first three quarters of 2019,Yunnan province had the fastest economic growth speed in China with 8.8% GDP growth,which has special meaning of promoting the economic progress of underdeveloped regions.The innovative resources in lagging areas do not match its needs,which is not beneficial for the construction of an innovative country with high quality and high level.In China,high-tech enterprises are the most active group in regional scientific and technological innovation and they are the vanguard of the implementation of innovation-driven strategies.As an important force of technological innovation and a direct carrier of the transformation of technological achievements,high-tech companies have become the indispensable economic subject and the innovative player in China.Government-industry-university-research cooperation is an essential way to promote the conversion of knowledge and patents into technology,products,and services.Through government-industry-university-research cooperation,enterprises can pass potential market demand to universities and research institutions to clarify the direction of innovation.High-tech enterprises can promote economic development and promote innovation and progress with the participation of government-industry-industry-research innovation cooperation.This article builds a collaborative innovation network of industry,university,and research by using the government-industry-industry-research cooperation patents in Yunnan Province as samples,which also focusing on observing the structure and evolution characteristics of corporate innovation networks.First,descriptive statistics of various indicators of cooperative patents are made.Based on the summary of existing literatures,a model of innovation and development in less developed regions is established.Second,the patent cooperative network is analyzed through the social network analysis software,which including node characteristics,network characteristics,network measures,and analysis of network evolution trends.Moreover,using GIS technology to analyze the evolution characteristics of innovative networks at the city level between high-tech enterprises,universities and research institutions is also applied in the thesis.The research finds that:(1)The innovation autonomy of scientific research institutions and universities is gradually expanding,and the frequency of enterprise participation is increasing.In particular,the number and frequency of high-tech enterprises participating in cooperative patents have increased significantly,and their positions in networks also have become increasingly important.The cooperation patents are concentrated in traditional industries with outstanding natural advantages such as electricity industry and tobacco industry,but new technology industries are also developing rapidly.(2)The government-industry-universityresearch cooperation innovation network in Yunnan province has obvious time-segmented characteristics,which including 1985-2001,2002-2008 and 2009-2019 individually three stages.A multi-center node and multi-radiation network structure has been formed from the previous single-central node decentralized network structure.High-tech enterprises have risen rapidly and cooperation industries have become more diverse.(3)The characteristics of the space network of Yunnan's internal industry-industry-research cooperation changes from single-city center-radiation mode to multi-city center cluster mode.Kunming City has always been the most important and central node in the cooperative innovation network inside Yunnan Province,and the scale of cooperation in the province has been expanding.The characteristic of interprovincial cooperation network is from geographic proximity cooperation to knowledge proximity cooperation,which has obvious characteristics of endogenous and outreach-type development.Through an evolutionary analysis of the innovation relationship of government-industryuniversity-research cooperation in high-tech enterprises in Yunnan Province,this paper provides new perspectives and suggestions for different innovation entities to improve their innovation capabilities.The shortcomings of this paper are that it does not further classify innovation subjects,and does not further classify and discuss the nature of scientific research institutions and universities.The cause and influence factors of the evolution path formation has also not been further studied.
