Enterprise Technology Innovation Project Evaluation And Decision Study

Technological innovation is an important source of today's enterprise growth and the way that enhances the competitiveness of an enterprise and achieves sustainable enterprise development. Evaluating technological innovation objectively and accurately is critical for an enterprise to realize its actual technological innovation status, to use effective innovation strategy, to maintain and to improve its competitiveness, to make full use of its advantages and to achieve the best economic and social benefits. The purpose of this paper is analysis enterprise technical innovation projects,Establish a technical innovation project evaluation index system based on the process of innovation.The article first studied the technological innovation of enterprises and projects theory, the enterprise technology innovation process, studied the definition and the impact elements of technological innovation project evaluation system, identified the technological innovation project evaluation ideas, put forward the technical evaluation of the entire technical evaluation of the need for innovation, technological innovation and the common methods of evaluation were compared concluded.Secondly, based on the research of scholars, according to the characteristics of China's enterprise technical innovation project, studied the type of technical innovation project. Incremental innovation in technology projects starting point, by analyzing the objective evaluation of innovative projects, broken down the complicated technical innovation projects into several simple indicators. According to the level of relations between the indicators establish a technical innovation project evaluation index system based on the process of innovation.Thirdly, according to the limitations of current evaluation enterprise technical innovation projects methods, made the methods based on the proposed FAHP on technical innovation projects. And in accordance with established ideas and evaluation of the evaluation index system, combining fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, given operational evaluation procedures.Finally, an example of the evaluation to verify evaluation ideas, evaluation system, as well as the evaluation method is reasonable and practical.
