In view of the energy crisis and the development of new energy present situation. the thesis analyzed the technological innovation of new energy power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises,and concretely investigated and researched several enterprises of 'Electric Valley of China'.Based on the characteristic of new energy power generation,two index systems were established,one of which was about solar energy power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises,and the other of which was wind energy power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises.Two methods: Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Processing and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution were applied to comprehensive evaluation.At last,the evaluate model was illustrated through the example of Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited's technological innovation ability from 2004 to 2008.On the basis of those quantitative results obtained some lack of technological innovation activity,then pointed strategies and measures of technological innovation ability for new energy power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises are put forward.
