Research On Buyback Contract Of Supply Chain Under Demand And Supplier' Production Cost Asymmetric Information

Supply chain management is an integrated management thinking, emphasizing its close co-operation among members, but the supply chain is again relatively independent and autonomous members of the decision-making power and the information is decentralized, there are between conflict of interest. Therefore, information asymmetry is common phenomenon among the enterprises of supply chain. But, the buyback strategy is a wide range of coordination mechanisms in practice against Distributed supply chain that is inefficiency of the application. How to establish corresponding buyback coordination mechanism contracts of its members to achieve win-win results is the research focus under asymmetric information in the supply chain.This paper introduced the principle of information sharing, coordination of the supply chain and buy-back contract theory. Through the collation of relevant literature summarized and classified asymmetric information in the supply chain, and then a further analysis of the reasons for the imbalance in the supply chain, identifies hindering factors that influence effective integrated supply chain, and established the buy-back contract model under symmetric information. And what's more, in accordance with information asymmetry in enterprises of supply chain, it established two models on the basis of principal-agent theory and newsboy model. One is under asymmetric supplier' production costs information, the other is under asymmetric demand information. Comparison and analysis of the respective information both symmetric and asymmetric circumstances, whether the buyback contract makes supply chain coordination. Under asymmetric demand Information, the buyback contract model has 4 types to discuss an analyze, such as fully integrated information, incomplete integration information, decentralized completely information and decentralized incomplete infromation. And decentralized asymmetric information has divided three conditions for analysis and research, data simulation and picture comparison. Finally, this paper draw and vertify conclusions: buyback contract can not be made to coordinate under Asymmetric suppliers' production costs Information; under demand information asymmetry, because the price of buyback participated, to some degree, buyback contract improved supply chain system , but did not meet the supply chain coordination.
