With the trend of economic globalization and the rapid development of IT, the competition between enterprises has changed to the competition between supply chains, so the enterprise management modes change too. Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the way that suits to the change. The aims of SCM are coordinating and controlling the materials flow, information flow and capital flow, cutting down cost, improving supply chain members'profit and performance, and maximizing the whole supply chain profit. The information flow is the key factor in SCM. But supply chain consists of different interest entities, so the information sharing coordination mechanism is needed among the members. In this paper, the information sharing coordination problem is discussed in the two-level supply chain, which includes supplier, manufacturer and 3PL.First, significance of supply chain coordination, information sharing and logistics outsourcing in SCM are analyzed. The relative literatures are reviewed. Framework of this thesis is proposed. Second, problems of information sharing, which are"Bullwhip effect", information asymmetry and information uncertainty, and information sharing coordination in supply chain, are analyzed; the way for designing coordination mechanism is also introduced. Then Significance of inventory information sharing between supplier and manufacturer is discussed; coordination mechanisms for information symmetry and asymmetry case are proposed. Information sharing significance in reducing supply chain lead-time is discussed when 3PL join in the supply chain operation. Two kinds of information asymmetry are discussed when 3PL join in the supply chain, which are the logistics demander cannot monitor the logistics operation and cannot get the cost information. Using Principal-Agent theory and coordination theory, incentive mechanisms for 3PL's quality of service and coordination mechanism for 3PL's service cost information sharing are designed at last.
