Research On The Industrial Cluster-Brand Strategy For Inserting Into Upgrading In Local Cluster

Over the past decade, industrial clusters have become increasingly important to achieving competitiveness in the context of globalization and informationlization. It has profound influence in many countries and regions with the reason of its cluster effect. Many scholars in the different studying fields of the whole world have been interested in it recent years. The last three decades have witnessed dramatic transformation in China; industrial cluster has played vital roles. But, along with the knowledge economy arrival, the industrial cluster which the geographical position formed has met the development bottleneck. The article considers that it is one of the effective ways of the industrial cluster's sustainable development to construct industrial cluster revolving the brand.The most of enterprise clusters in our country are labour—intensity, which further development is influenced because of some problems such as brand absence, extensive operations and competition disorder. The establishment of the cluster brand can set up the difference superiority, the specialized superiority and the scale superiority. Cluster brand can gather all the forces of the whole enterprise cluster rand provide the public brand effect, the accumulative effect for the enterprises in the cluster; it is a long-term, relative monopoly intangible asset. And then it can drive the development of regional economy.The paper discusses the connotation and the establishing mechanism of regional brand. Then, we analysed brand effect during the upgrading in local cluster. We found every model of local industrial clusters will exert different influence on the upgrading road of Industrial cluster brand. Finally, the paper is to analyze the strategy to the achieve upgrading in local cluster.
