Since 2008, China’s foreign economy has slowed down. Although the global economy is in a gradual recovery trend in 2014, with the rise of domestic factors cost and increasing competition in international market, the development of traditional foreign economy faces new difficulties. Meanwhile, with the formation and development of industrial clusters, the advantages of cluster brands are emerging or have emerged in the domestic and foreign markets. The internationalization of brands in industrial clusters is becoming one of the important ways of adjusting industry structure and enhancing the international competitiveness. Because of this, in recent years, the internationalization of industrial clusters brand draws much attention from businessmen and theorists.This paper based on enterprises perspective to research the influential factors in internationalization process of industry cluster brands. At the same time, exploring the interaction mechanism among influencing factors of industry clusters, industry cluster upgrading and internationalization of brands in industrial clusters. Firstly, based on existing theory and literature, we proposed that the cluster enterprises factors, industrial clusters factors and macroeconomic factors could influence the theory of internationalization of industrial clusters, and noted the interaction relationship of these three factors, industrial cluster upgrading and internationalization of industrial clusters. Based on this, the paper puts forward the research model and research hypotheses.Secondly, the paper referenced research scales from home and abroad, forming a pre-survey questionnaire and choose “Shui tou stone” industrial clusters as representative from Quanzhou as a research object. Then through the field research we repaired the questionnaire and collected research data of this article.Once again, Through empirical research,we get this findings:(1) Industrial cluster factors, macroeconomic factors, industry cluster characteristics factors, industrial cluster competing environment and domestic institutional environment have a significant impact on international brands of industrial clusters, but because of the limitation of specific circumstances “Shui tou stone”, the role of cluster enterprises factor in industry cluster brand internationalization process is not obvious.(2) Industrial clusters factors, macroeconomic factors and industrial cluster characteristic factors could have a significant positive impact on industrial cluster upgrading, and the knowledge and management factors of cluster enterprises, industrial cluster characteristic factors, industrial cluster competing environment and domestic institutional environment also have a significant positive impact on industrial cluster upgrading, meanwhile, the transformation and upgrading factors have a significant positive impact on the internationalization of industry cluster brands.(3) Industrial cluster upgrading plays a partial mediating role between industrial cluster factors, macroeconomic factors, industry cluster, industry cluster characteristic factors of competitive environment and industry cluster brand internationalization of industrial clusters transformation. Finally, this paper put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions based on the results of the empirical analysis and field research and interview results.
