Approaching About Introducing Market-making System In China's GEM

China will found the GEM (Growth Enterprise market) soon, under this background , discussing the Market-making System in the GEM has special meaning . This article bases on stage dividing and analyzing,summarizing about the problem --GEM introduces Market-making System about the internal scholars'studies ,put forwards the problem's developing space—the view of system economics. This thesis begin with the adaptive efficiency's micro-angle of system economics, analyzing the suitable relations between the Market-making System and Social Market Economy; and analyzing the conditions from system evolving, obtains that GEM in China has the initial conditions about introducing Market-making System. To the shares, we should adopt the price system of transactions combined the market maker and the customers. At the same time, the market maker system, as well as offer superior to its bid, the sale of the directive, and better than market maker quotes for the customer orders priority for automatic matching.
