A key factor of competition among enterprises is talent competition,especially the current economic development has entered a new era,more and more enterprises have realized the importance of gaining advantage in competition through strengthening human resources management.In the complex and changeable competitive environment,in order to win the competitive advantage,survive and develop,small and micro enterprises must have a set of scientific and effective salary system,so that they can attract talents needed for development,cultivate local talents,retain high-level professional talents,and reasonably allocate and use talents.Company R is a small and micro enterprise which has been established for less than 5 years,and its main business is engineering electrical manufacturing.During recent years,the company has seized the chance for development and achieved operations and management achievement: market share of products has improved,sales have reached new heights,and the scale of enterprise has increased year by year.But at the same time,the current salary system still adopt the model of the start-up period,which not only plays a small role in motivating employees effectively to dedicate and devote themselves to work,but also is not conducive to excite employees' latent energy,growth and progress,resulting in the growing brain drain of company year by year.Company R must base on its own reality,benchmarking similar enterprises with excellent standards,optimize the current salary system,so as to solve the dilemma that the existing salary system can not meet the needs of appropriate positions correspond to appropriate wages,in order to encourage incentives,deepen the sense of belonging of employee,attract high-level talent teams to join,coping with the complex external competitive environment,further promote the development and growth of the company.This paper takes the salary system of Company R as the research object,the aim of the paper is to integrate the modern salary management theory into the optimization design of the salary system of Company R,achieve the goal of improving the overall management level and market competitiveness of Company R ultimately.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the main theories,ideas and research status of the company management system at home and abroad,the research contents and methods are put forward;secondly,the main theories involved in this study are summarized to lay a good foundation for the follow-up investigation and research;thirdly,through information collection,to fully understand the general situation,organizational structure and current salary system of Company R,through investigation and statistics,to comprehensively summarize the current situation of employee structure,post hierarchy,salary system structure,salary satisfaction,salary fairness,optimization direction survey and so on from the perspective of employee survey,to find out the problems existing in the salary system of Company R and to do so.Finally,based on the above investigation and research of employee,this paper elaborates the ideas and methods of the optimal design of the salary system of Company R,and puts forward the safeguard measures of the optimal design,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of salary system.This paper analyses the present situation of the salary system of Company R,and puts forward the ideas,methods and safeguard measures of optimal design,which will help the company gain more advantages in market competition,and also provide reference for family-type small and micro enterprises similar to Company R in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration area.
