Research On The Development Strategy Of Mid-small Enterprises

Mid-small enterprises play an important role in national economy and constitute a main body in market economy. In recent years, the development of mid-small enterprises in Tianjin has, with the deepening of economic reform, speeded up, and the reform and development of mid-small enterprises increasingly becomes a vital element in promoting a healthy and stable development in Tianjin's economy.The Eleventh Five-Year period will become a prominent stage for the innovation and speedy development for mid-small enterprises. To deepen the understanding of the urgency and importance of the reform and development of mid-small enterprises, and to research and put forward policies and measures on promoting the development of mid-small enterprises is of significant importance for the mid-small enterprises to smoothly keep in line with the world economy and speed up the development in the course of economic globalization. How to study and explore an operating mechanism and development environment suitable for the characteristics of mid-small enterprises under the market economy not only generates a new vitality for the traditional mid-small enterprises under the planned economy but also serves as a practical and urgent need required by the growing, innovative and new-type mid-small enterprises for a rapid and healthy development.Taking the mid-small enterprises in Tianjin as research subjects and combining their development environment with current condition, this paper analyzes and discusses the development strategy of mid-small enterprises in Tianjin. It elaborates on the development theory and the history of development of mid-small enterprises as well as major issues such as the position, role and existence of mid-small enterprises etc. It describes the promoting policies and measures to the above-mentioned enterprises home and abroad as well as the theory basis and basic principles of financial support by the government. It also analyses the development environment of mid-small enterprises including economic environment, policy environment, the comparison analysis with large-scale enterprises and the strategic positioning of mid-small enterprises. Meanwhile, it brings forward measures of supporting and promoting the development of aforesaid enterprises and improving their development environment as well as lodges policy proposals to the development of mid-small enterprises.
