| With the rapid development of the global economy and the trend of China's economy soars in recent years, "Small and Medium Enterprises - SME", "Small and Medium Private Enterprises", "IT SME", "Scientific Small and Middle enterprises" are drawing more attention which is at an increasing frequency, the reason is mainly due to "high-tech Enterprise" or "Science and Technology SME" and other similar economic entities show more contribution and an increasing importance to the economic development.National and regional levels of government have adopted a number of policies to promote and encourage the development of SME, IT SME, Small and Middle scale scientific enterprises in recent years.Although China's IT and Scientific SME has attracted more and more attentions for her dynamic development trend and contribution to China's economy, but we must not lose sight of the importance to understand that there are still some gaps over our IT and Scientific SME compared with those of developed countries. To find out and study the problems and difficulties that IT and Scientific SME are facing, as well to explore the way to solve them are significantly constructive and meaningful to the further development of IT and Scientific SME. Therefore, based on this standing point, the main efforts this dissertation servers are summarized as follows:(1) The general problem and difficulty that IT and Scientific SME are facing.(2) Based on these general problems, the analysis and study are made over the empirical case of COMPANY W by adopting the management theory and tools, some improved management methods and a strategic development plan of COMPANY W are proposed.(3) In addition to the scientific management method, the dissertation proposed the necessity and importance of the entrepreneurship for IT and Scientific SME's development.(4) Generalized from the study efforts made in the dissertation and proposed a development strategy model for IT and Scientific SME. |
