Mobile Communication is one mode which one customer communicate to other in every time,everywhere, this mode have the most fast and strong communicative method, and it can make communication high efficient,exact and lively, one of them is mover. Access network's scale and customer numbers of Hebei Mobile is the biggest one in the Hebei communication service providers. As the most nearly and the nearest to customers part of mobile communication network,and it have the largest amount of network elements in the mobile communication network, access network management and optimization is the primary one of Hebei Mobile communication network management works.In order to adapt the more and more high quality services requests of customers, at present Hebei Mobile'main work changed over to the slight optimized stage from the large-scale cover construction. This article through analyzing various existent questions of optimization and management in 2005,include OMC report statistical analysis,Driving Test,Call Quality Test,TA test,equipments inspect,customer complain,equipments maintenance socializes and so on, search and locate the network existence question. Base in using of the existing access network resources, this article have brought forward the improved means one by one ,have made all kinds of aspects of access network perfect and developable, have keep high degree of customer satisfaction, have turned on the access network to achieve the best running status. Simultaneously by analyzing access network'growth tendency, it provide gist for building up construction project and expanding capacitance.This article have summed up the working achievement in 2005,it set off from a access network administrative department'angle,have planned and prospected access network management jobs'development in 2006.The jobs are mainly improving renewal means of management,perfecting monitoring system,customer degree of satisfaction rise,innovating optimizing methods,keeping the infrastructural facilities'maintenance,switching access network employees'notion,deepening operation and maintenance institutional reform, and rising serving mental consciousness for forceful sustaining marketing and business developing, and do the good jobs of first-phase preparations before 3G network construction.
