With the improvement of transportation infrastructure,the rapid expansion of transportation information system and the explosive growth of big data,informatization has become an indispensable means for the smooth operation and efficient performance of transportation management departments at all levels.Ensuring the efficient and stable operation of transportation information system and business is a solid foundation for supporting informatization to lead the construction of a powerful transportation country.As the information base of the Ministry of Transportation and the data center of the transportation industry,Company A undertakes the operation,maintenance and management of its information system.Faced with the new requirements and challenges of informationization leading and supporting the construction of a powerful transportation country,the problems of mismatch and inadaptability between the information system operation and maintenance support and the requirements of informationization support in the new era are becoming increasingly prominent,and the informationization operation and maintenance management is in urgent need of transformation and innovation.Firstly,starting from the theoretical framework of ITIL best practices and core business processes,this paper analyses the basic concepts of ITIL's ten core processes,operation and maintenance processes and process optimization,optimization methods and tools,and determines the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,the paper analyses and expounds the problems of operation and maintenance process,work efficiency and work quantification in the construction and management of information system of A company,and expounds the necessity and feasibility of introducing ITIL best practice theory to the operation and maintenance management of A company.Thirdly,on the premise of ITIL theoretical framework,this paper puts forward a general optimization framework for many problems existing in the operation and maintenance management of company A's information system,and puts forward detailed optimization contents,steps and schemes for the three core processes of event management,problem management and change management.Finally,the implementation effect before and after process optimization is objectively compared from the aspects of operation quality,business support ability,operation and maintenance efficiency,cost and user satisfaction.It can be seen that the optimization scheme has achieved obvious results after implementation.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the process optimization scheme,this paper also puts forward the implementation safeguards of the process,and establishes the corresponding management system and supervision mechanism.This study will help A company to build a more scientific,standardized and efficient information system operation and maintenance process;improve the quality and efficiency of system operation and maintenance management,reduce operating costs;enhance the satisfaction of industry users,company competitiveness and sustainable development ability.The conclusions and suggestions drawn in this study can also be applied to the practical work of information system operation and maintenance management of various enterprises or governments,and can provide reference for the research and solution of common problems in operation and maintenance work of other units in the transportation industry,data centers and Internet enterprises.
