Research On The Non-linear Dynamics Mechanism Of Compound System Of Marine Eco-economy And Evaluation On Sustainable Development Of It

The compound system of marine eco-economic is an important part of society economy system. Sustainable development of marine eco-economic is also an important base of the development of society economy. The construction and analyze of the non–linear dynamics mechanism model of marine eco-economic and research on sustainable developmengt of marine eco-economic is very meaningful to the development of our country's marine eco-economic, and even to the development of our country's society economy.This text uses the theory and the methods of non-linear dynamics mechanism to study on the connection between Marine economy system and Marine ecosystem. It constructs and analyses a new non-linear dynamics mechanism model, and it also uses the method of DEA to evaluate the condition of sustainable development of marine eco-economic system.1. Based on non-linear theory, it brings forward the opinion of marine eco- economic system research, constructs marine eco-economic combound system model including quantum of economics , quantum of mine and quantum of environment to analyze, receives the result of the development of marine eco-economic under different conditions and different strength of pollution, shows the feature of the sustainable development of marine eco-economic. It is very meaningful to study on the connection between marine economic system and marine eco-system and to instruct sustainable development of marine economic and marine eco-resources sustainablely.2. This text does some research on the features, frame and construction procedure and method of evaluation parameter system for sustainable development of marine eco-economic system. It discusses construction method and principle of evaluation parameter system for marine eco-economic complex system, sets up systematic system of evaluation parameter for the methods of DEA.3. Based on the condition of Tianjin marine eco-economic , uses DEA to analyze , to evaluate and to do research, and evaluate the efficiency of sustainable development of marine eco-economic in Tianjin, and it also bring forward some plans to enhance sustainable development of marine eco-economic in Tianjin . It is meaningful to sustainable development of marine eco-economic in Tianjin.
