Nowadays competition becomes drastically in the age of sciential economy. Technology develops fleetly, technique becomes an important factor which determines whether a country or a company possesses competitive predominance. Because innovation and advancement of technique is accomplished by human being, rivalship of technique depends on rivalship of human being after all. As people of holding scientific technique and knowledge, employees become objects who are contested by companies day by day. With the development of global communication,the frequent flow around the world of employees becomes a notable characteristic in today's society. After becoming a member of WTO, domestic enterprises have to be faced with the contention for excellent employees with those famous multinational. How to reduce the dimission of employees and risk of dimission become problems which organizational governor should pay attention to.The paper introduces some classical theories and models for employee's dimission. It analyses the actuality, influencing factors, results and risk of employee's dimission. Subsequently, take the company"M"as an example, the paper expatiates detailedly methods of risk estimate, methods of risk control and how to hold employees in a better way.Firstly, the risk of employees'dimission in the company"M"is evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive judgment model according to its situation of employees'dimission in the year of 2006. Secondly, try to find a methodological package of risk controlling with the best feasibility by confirming the weight of methods of risk controlling for employees'demission. At last, some suggestions are offered for how to hold employees firm and enhance their loyalism.
