In the early 1980s, in order to achieve continued rapid growth and remain competitive in the fierce international competition environment, Intrapreneurship gradually became the most effective innovation for a lot of big companies in the United States. Among the innovation forms of intrapreneurship, employee's internal entrepreneurship has been wiedly used as incubative entrepreneurship. The most particular way is that big companies support and allow its internal employee to establish small enterprises inside the company. There are many successful cases, such as America's 3M, Cisco, Kodak, Google,Japan's panasonic and Fujitsu, etc. Along with the popularity of this new management measure,more and more domestic enterprises begin to follow this trend.Admittedly, the successful implementation of the employee's internal entrepreneurship can bring many benifits, but still have a lot of problems, such as the mise use of the resources at the primary stage of the entrepreneurship, the new enterprises become the competitive threats to the original enterprise and reducing staff loyalty, etc. Therefore, how to maximum the advantage of employee's internal entrepreneurship and reduce its business risk becoming an issues that need to be resolved.Through the methods of literature analysis and cases study, this article firstly clarifies the difference between the employee's internal entrepreneurship and the Intrapreneurship,so as to determine the research scope of the employee's internal entrepreneurship.Secondly, through the analysis of the success and failure cases during the implementation of the employee's internal entrepreneurship, analyzes the type of risk representations, the root of the risks, the influence factors of the risks, ande summarize those risk representations in which stage of the employee's internal entrepreneurship, and give proper advices on how to control these risks.Finally,we can construct an risk control system for the employee's internal entrepreneurship based on these advices.This risk control system can give some guidance to the companies that ment to implement the employee's internal entrepreneurship on how to control the various risks, and so as to improve the employee's internal entrepreneurship's success rate.
