In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, constant enlargement of city size and fast development of the restaurants in our country, food waste is getting more and more. Because food waste treatment is in a confused and disordered state, it jeopardizes urban environmental sanitation seriously. This thesis studies management of producing fertilizer by food waste and puts forward the advice of producing fertilizer by food waste for Tianjin University.Through forecast of food waste quantity and analysis of microbe fertilizer market demand, this thesis presents the methods of optimizing project scale to produce fertilizer by food waste. Have analyzed fermentation process, influencing factor and process flow of food waste anaerobic compost, this thesis puts forward the methods of designing anaerobic compost technical process and selecting exclusive equipment.Have studied collection and transportation logistics of food waste at present in our country, this thesis gives the advice of food waste classification collection. And then it presents the suggestion of optimum design of food waste collection and transportation, management on purchasing target and channel by technical and economic means, and foundation of relative food waste charge system. This thesis puts forward relative reform suggestion after the analysis of project financing mode and the existing problems of financing management system. It studies the importance of fertilizer quality produced by food waste and that we should establish relative control criterion and assurance system to guarantee fertilizer quality. As for the problems of treatment cost and balanced income which can't be settled by market, it could be implemented in phase through tax and financial subsidy policy.
