With the development of science and technology and economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer. Facing competition and challenge both at home and abroad at the same time, the enterprises of our country are required to launch thoroughly of enterprise's human resource management, as well as, a lot of new situation and new problem have appeared and needed to study and solve. In addition, the renewal of knowledge, the progress of technology and the improvement of staff's personal quality have made obvious influence on staff's working behavior and attitude. As a mental connection of organization and staff, the psychological contract has just offered the route for forming faith, dedication, and safety emotion. Under this kind of background, this text combines theory and reality, bases on psychological contract, and do researches on enterprise's human resource management, in the hope of offering relevant reference materials for enterprises and its human resource management's development.Based on the foundation of research results of abroad and domestic psychological contract, this text proceed with development of the psychological contract theory, explained the connotation, characteristic, content and structure of the psychological contract, and also depicted the psychological contract violations theory. On this basis, the paper analyzed the problem of our country on human resource management through investigation and interview, such as, personnel system, performance management, salary design and corporate culture separately.After that, this text analyzed the human resource management tactics in recruiting, salary encouraging, training, performance, corporate culture in the aspects such as the establishment, maintenance, consolidating, promoting, adjusting of the psychological contract. The author considered that in the course of managing the human resource, the enterprises should upgrade the human resource management idea to recruit staff, to implement reasonable salary and encouragement, to design complete training, to construct scientific performance management system and human-based corporate culture. Especially to improve the staff's working satisfaction, enthusiasm and sense of ownership of enterprise, the aim is to promote a good psychological contract between enterprises and staffs, to bring about an advance in enterprises and its human resource management's development.
