The coal is primary energy and essential industry raw material of our country. "Coal Industrial policy" pointed out that, the deepened coal enterprise reform, the advancement coal enterprise's joint stock system transformation, the merger and the reorganization, enhance the industrial concentration degree, form the large-scale coal enterprise group as the main body, the middle and small scale coal mine coordinated development industrial layout. In the eleventh "Five-year Plan" period, taking the coal integration, the order development will be the key point, to small coalmine implementation integration transformation, advancement enterprise integration. At the same time, encourages the large-scale coalmine enterprise integration and the upstream and downstream industry fusion, enhances the industrial concentration degree. Breaks each kind of boundary, develops the cross region enterprise group; the development coal, the electricity, melt, the road, the port are a body cross occupational lines enterprise group, develops each kind of capital participation mix system of ownership enterprise group.While enterprise M&A meets a swift and violent development. There is a reality that is the enterprise integration achievements are not optimistic. The place benefit protection is serious, enterprise system of ownership form, management style and various enterprises' factor and cultural difference influences bring certain influence to the integration success, the integration strength are not inevitably the enterprise M&A are defeated one of most common reasons.It is needed to point out that the enterprise integration involves the content are very many, this article studied the enterprise culture integration, the human resources integration, the company governances' integration and the financial integration. Enterprise culture integration and the human resources integration is most important, the enterprise culture integration is the foundation, and the human resources integration is the key. At the same time, the company governances' integration and the financial integration also holds the extremely important status in the enterprise integration.This article authors introduces M&A and reorganization theory to coal enterprises, has studied thoroughly integration after coal enterprises M&A.
