As a result, Yudong can ascension economy, improve the economic benefit of development, form the large energy aluminum integration coal enterprise group.Based on the investigation and study of obtaining firsthand material foundation,this artical used PEST,Five strength models and SWOT as main methods, chosen Yudong Group as research object,with the integration strategy management theory as a foundation.First and foremost,we analyzed the, enterprise's external environment from two aspects:the macro environment and the industrial and market industry.Among them,the macro environment was analyzed by PEST,which determined the opportunities and threats that Yudong faced. Secondly, we analyzed the internal environment of the group,determined strengths and weaknesses that the enterprise have;and then, developed Yudong group's coal integration strategy, including aluminum integration strategy guiding ideology, the development ideas, development target, and the specific implementation plan. At last, the paper has made integrate strategy of security measures inentionaly, providing stong support for the achievements of the strategic objectives.Through the article's research, conditional coal enterprise should break the single coal production structure,extend industry chain maily with coal,and cany out integrated or diverse strategy.Hoping that this paper can promot the development of Yudong Group's stragegy,at the same time, make some sense in exploration of development strategy of coal enterprises.
