The enterprise M&A integration process of each kind of essential factor and humanresources integration is the important and the first essential factor in integration. TheChina’s eleventh five-year plan of coal industry made it clear that the coal industry willfocus on integration and orderly development of integration of small mines’integration soChina’s coal industry is in the rapid development of enterprise M&A reorganizationrestructuring currently.However, through many analyzes we find that the corporaterestructuring performance is not optimistic, one of the main reasons is the enterprise didn’tcarry on effective human resource integration in the initial restructuring. Therefore it isnecessary human resource integration in the merger and acquisition of coal enterprises.This article authors introduces M&A and reorganization theory to coal enterprises, useof the strategy of combining theory and empirical research, conducted in-depth study on theM&A and reorganization in human resource integration of coal enterprises issues. First toenterprise M&A of basic theory and human resources relevant to the integration of theoryfor a full explanation; Followed analysis of China’s coal industry development status andoverview of mergers and acquisitions, from the staff psychological aspects, employeebehavior and corporate culture integration detailed analysis of the main problems of theintegration of human resources in M&A, and then summarized the need for integratedhuman resources; Then use the analytic hierarchy process and gray comprehensiveevaluation wears institutions to establish comprehensive evaluation model for theintegration of human resources in M&A for example of Henan Coal Chemical IndustryGroup, and conclusion the best integration program; In the last the article from theidentification of human resources, communication, retention, effective incentives, and theimportance of M&A restructuring of their corporate culture integration, put forward thecoal enterprise M&A integration of human resources strategy.I hope this article M&A restructuring of human resources in China’s coal enterprises tointegrate the work of provide some theory and practice guidance tools, promote thedevelopment and expansion of China’s coal enterprises.
