Markets, members and the environment are constantly changing in supply chain. These changes make current supply chain network becoming less and less suitable for the development of enterprises. The cost is increasing and customer service level is decreasing. In order to adapt it to the changes and reduce supply chain cost, we need to optimize the layout of the supply chain integration network.A lot of researches have been done at the design of supply chain network and sub network, such as the design of distribution network and logistics network, but little work has been done on reconfiguration of existing supply chain integration network. In this dissertation we research on the optimization of existing supply chain network on the basis of the analysis of supply chain integration network characteristic.Firstly we analyze the supply chain, and get the concept of the supply chain integration network. Then a supply chain integration network model is presented based on directed-graph theory. This model describes the structure of supply chain commendably, and supports the optimization of supply chain integration network.Secondly we do some research on the optimization of supply chain integration network. An optimization model for decreasing cost and improving customer service is presented, and in this model we use triangular fuzzy numbers to express the production capacity and demand quantity of distribution points. Later we use Genetic Algorithm to solve this model, and solve an instance with this model.At last, we design and implement a supply chain integration network management system.
