The status of supply chain management (SCM) in the enterprise has been more and more important since the 21st century. The supply chain also has been represented by requirement chain that is driven by the market and customers.To appearances through the supply chain topological structure, supply chain is a network which is component with some independent enterprise and semi-independent enterprise. In the first of all, Through the supply chain network character, this dissertation abstracted a model that embedded the supply chain essential ,namely supply chain integration network model (SCINM). The SCINM was build based on Metagraphs and describe the essential of supply chain commendably.This dissertation do the research on the Distribution network optimization model which as a sub network of the supply chain network. Enterprise need to adjust and optimize the distribution network in order to acclimatize itself to the marketing environment. This dissertation has been researched on the quantity and the selection of establishment such as factory, distribution centers, distribution spots, which were related to the distribution's optimizing design. After the analysis of distribution network, a dynamic distribution network discrete model (DDNDM) was presented based on the theory of the bi-level dynamic distribution network. Furthermore, Ant Colony algorithm (AC arithmetic), which is introduced in this dissertation because of the ability of resisting combination explosion to NP-hard problem, now is applied in DDNDM. Then the AC arithmetic solve pattern, arithmetic steps and the instance result have been presented, and that the AC arithmetic applied in the DDNDM to solve the NP problem is appropriate.Then, this dissertation has constructed supply chain integration network platform (SCINP) which is based on the XML technology , this platform can satisfy the development and the utilization of the supply chain operation network system, and can reduce the workload of software system development, ease the development difficulty and cheapen the development cost.
