Analysis Of The Factors Impeding The Promotion Of Agricultural Standardization

With the economical development and people's living improvement, the agricultural products of safety, nutrition and green become people's first choice. Agricultural standardization is the only road to the above-mentioned standard, and also to strengthen agricultural basic position and adapt agriculture to the internation. Recently, with the increasing model agricultural district, the work of agricultural standization gradually unfold in depth. However, because many obstacles exist in the step of promotion, relative analysis should be made to accelerate the process.Take Fengxian of Jiangsu Province as an example. As a relatively early county to carry out agricultural standization, Fengxian county belongs to a backward area ,but a developed area of middle level in terms of the whole country .Due to its special location that it boders four provinces and the similarities between production conditions of Fengxian and adjacent counties, the research will have a certain universal significance.The western developed countries are the first ones to forward carry out the plan of standardization. In recent 30 years, the EU, the United states and Japan and other developed countries actively promote agricultural standardization and has achieved the aim in the whole process. The agricultural standard system has been formed. Basically the current agricultural production to achieve standization has gone through a comprehensive initial stage and entered a new grouth phase. Standardization in agriculture enhances our agricultural competitiveness, deepens agricultural modernization, breaks through green barriers, promotes the industrialization of agriulture and accelerates the building of ecological agriculture, which has an important foundation and safeguard for the whole. It's necessary to study current agricultural standardization.This paper deals with the domestic and foreign agricultural status of standardization in a theoretical basis. It focuses on lixin's concept. Secondly, it analyses the development trends and concludes the experience we can learn from. Then it focuses on how the standardization in Jiangsu Province goes through the practical investigation. Based on the data of Fengxian county, the research of evidence researches into the hindering factors. The survey data in a simple descriptive statistics is based on the use of labor economics, development economics theories and methods, in-depth analysis of the status of agricultural standardization and explores problem and causes and effects. On the basis, it further explores the development of standardization, related issues and the causes of Economics and Management science . Finally, according to the above findings, it proposes eight related suggestions and the direction which is based on the government function and local realities.
