| In the trend of narrowing of loan-to-deposit business profit and the almightiness turn of the bank, to develop the off-balances sheet business is the inevitable choice to improve the comprehensive competitive of the bank. Along with the full liberalization of China's banking industry, the foreign bank speed up the pace of the development of off-balances sheet business which make China's commercial bank face enormous challenge. Therefore, the study of China's commercial banks off-balances sheet business has great significance.This paper taking commercial banks off-balances sheet business as study object, draw lessons from foreign commercial banks off-balances sheet business development experience, introduces the development status of China's commercial bank off-balances business in detail, analyzes in depth the development constrains of the China's commercial bank off-balances business.
