Folk-Lore Theme Park Development And Construction Method

As one kind of the enhanced level traveling, the folk custom culture traveling has become one of various countries' traveling development key projects, the international tourism also gradually presents the vigorous development. This article mainly researches two stratification planes which include the fundamental research from the folk custom traveling development and the folk-lore theme park's design method. The author took use of the multi-disciplinary combination of theoretical research methods which included Tourist culturology ,Tourist Psychology,folklore,landscape,architecture and so on to put forward a series of countermeasures. Taking the Guanzhong area as the example, the author analysis the situation of the Guanzhong area's ethnic tourism resources' development. And the study summed up the plan and design method of folk-lore theme park by making use of the theory of landscape and architecture etc. and combining folk custom,which was adopted to analyse and solve problems of Guanzhong about garden plan design.This article used the method which the theory and the practice unify, analyzed the traveling development situation of the Guanzhong area exhaustively based on the theory summary.Now the conclusion is presently as follows:1. The reason that the ethnic tourism can be in vogue, is because it can meet the people"strive for, to ask newly different, to strive for, seeking knowledge happily"the psychological need. This is the ethnic tourism unique charm is, and also its development source of power. We should also follow this basic rule which include two aspects in the folk custom resource development and in the traveling plan design. The first is that all we develop the system info of establishment and designs which must take tourist's experience as the core, the second is that we integrate the public to participate in the interactive design method and to protect the primary state property of the local folk custom. From these two, we deepen tourist's psychological experience and enhance the traveling attraction to the tourist.2. The author exhaustively analyzes the similarities and differences between the folk-lore theme park and the general park based on the aspects of humanities concern, emotion demand, region choice, landscape psychology demand, and then instructs the garden planning designer to assurance the folk custom culture theme park design direction.3. In order to instruct the design by the time through the appraisal system's construction, the author refers to the appraisal system's construction method in other domains, and selects the fuzzy synthesis analytic method to be the essential method for construction of the folk custom culture theme park the appraisal system by starting out from the angle of participation among the public, taking enhancement of sightseer's revisit rate as the goal and taking tourist's psychological experience as basic starting design point.4. The author puts forward the development countermeasure proposal by seriously studing the problems which exist in the Guanzhong area ethnic tourism resource development combining with theory and fully investigating factors in Guanzhong area which include the folk custom culture resources, position and traffic conditions, existing development pattern as well as inferiority and challenge.
