On The Growth Mechanisms Of Agricultural Entrepreneurs

In recent years, in order to expedite the settlement of the "three rural" issue, our country promulgated series of policies which have greatly promoted the industrial management of agriculture development. The growth of agriculture enterprises can promote the building of modern agriculture, increase farmers income. The key to develop agriculture enterprises is the group of agriculture entrepreneurs. In this paper, I chose agriculture entrepreneurs to study its growth factors and current situation, constructed their capital accumulation mechanism, and gave some measures with a view to optimize agriculture entrepreneurs'external environment.The full text was divided into five parts:Chapter one is introduction in which sketches background, purpose and meaning of this study, summing up domestic and international research dynamic status, defining the research range of this text, establishes the research purpose and research approach of this text and sets up a solid foundation for the following parts of this text.Chapter two is about basic theories of agriculture entrepreneur. At first it introduces the basic theories of entrepreneurs, including domestic and foreign research of this field; then it introduces the entrepreneurs'growth theory. Then introduces the concept of agriculture entrepreneurs, agriculture enterprises and their characteristics.Chapter three analyzes the factor of agriculture entrepreneurs'growth. First of all, it discusses the industrialization of agriculture background, then analyzes the impact factor agriculture entrepreneurs'growth on two aspects——internal factors and external environment. Finally, the role of the factors mechanism is discussed, builds the agriculture entrepreneurs'growth model.Chapter four is about the construction of agriculture-related entrepreneurs'capital accumulation mechanism. According to agriculture entrepreneurs'current situation, establish and improve a multi-level rural financial system and vigorously promote agriculture enterprises credit guarantee system for the establishment and improvement of agriculture entrepreneurs market and so on. Chapter five gives suggestions to optimize the external environment of agriculture entrepreneurs. It is consist of improving the legal system to protect the rights and interests of agriculture entrepreneurs, creating a good social and cultural environment, building efficient social service systems.
