The growth of private small and medium enterprises is an important problem for us to research. Entrepreneur is the soul of the enterprise. Entrepreneurial knowledge, ability, personality and psychological factors are playing important role on the growth of enterprises. The growth of enterprises depends on entrepreneurs, at the same time the development of country depends on a large number of entrepreneurs.It has practical value for us to discover the relationship between entrepreneurs' human capital and their firm growth performance. Through analyse we can explore the mechanism between human capital and business growth. Development, management of entrepreneurial human capital can promote business growth.Through empirical research to analyze relationship of the founder ' s human capital and the business growth we can explore what kind of human capital entrepreneurs should have if they want to be successful. If we can find which elements of human capital can promote the growth of an enterprise , entrepreneurs will be able to add investment to these aspects of human capitalWith regard to entrepreneurs' human capital and corporate growth there are a lot of empirical research. The studies focused on the several important dimensions: the relevant industry experience, higher education, entrepreneurial management experience, a wide range of social and professional networks , complete support for the team and so on.In terms of domestic human capital for entrepreneurs and business growth of empirical research, the current literature is still relatively scarce, we found that the research of entrepreneur' s human capital have follow problems: (1) most of research is about the abstract nature of the entrepreneurs functions . But study about the relationship between entrepreneurs' human Capital and corporate growth performance is relatively scarce. (2) From a qualitative point of view of human capital is more , but from the quantitative empirical analysis is a relatively scarce.In this paper, author through empirical research to analyze the relationship between founder' human capital of the private small and medium enterprises and the frim growth. In order to explore the characteristics of the entrepreneurial human capital and to build human capital perspective of the business model of growth, the author build a model of growth based on entrepreneurs' human capital from psychology, management, sociology perspective.The main innovation points:(1) The elements of entrepreneurs' human capital are critical variable to explain differences of firm growth performance. The theoretical model has better explanatory power for the growth performance of high-tech enterprises. (2)Author puts four elements into the analysis framework: the state of knowledge, personality characteristics, personal abilities and self-efficacy. Using structural equation modeling to build model of the enterprise growth based on the perspective of entrepreneurs' human capital. The study will contribute to a better understanding of the logical relationship between human capital of entrepreneurs and business growth. (3) Author separately finds out the elements of entrepreneurs' human capital that have significant impact on growth performance in high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises, so that entrepreneurs can know entrepreneurs' human capital has different role in different industries.
