Evaluation of the investment environment in the construction investment is an important link, and the investment environment of real estate is set up on the foundation of the regional investment environment, which is the concrete behavior of the regional investment environment. Real estate investment has features of long cycle, the amount, poor liquidity, high risk, with high return, position fixed and easy limited by policy and characteristic of influencing etc.. Studying appraisal method and theory of the investment environment of real estate is extension and expansion of the investment environment theory, which can also offer the real example for the fact that investment choice and area of the real estate investor are chosen to consult.This text is based on the current situation of the market of domestic real estate, analyze and draw lessons from the domestic and international existing research results, evaluation index system " government's service index system " that " system for statistical indices " and determine the nature that have established the system of quantitative evaluation index.Evaluation index system work statistical yearbook and survey and study data that obtain as basis on the spot with China urban statistical yearbook, use SPSS to analyze the software, adopt the analytic approach of the factor to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, four provincial capitals in the Northwest (Xi'an, Yinchuan, Lanzhou, Urumchi) and two provincial capital (Zhengzhou, Taiyuan) close to the Northwest, analyzing as the environmental evaluation target of real estate investment in eight cities ,and it is successively Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Xi'an, Taiyuan, Lanzhou, Urumchi, Yinchuan to appraise the result finally. The index system set up in the thesis can be overall, true appraising to the urban investment environment of real estate, and the question met while analyzing to the real example, as well as the problem that should pay attention to while providing and studying.
