unreasonable points.The evaluation index system established by some scholars is not comprehensive enough,and the coverage of index selection is relatively narrow.There are still many factors that are not taken into account,such as evaluating the report,assessing the draft,and establishing a three-level review system.The evaluation index system constructed by some scholars only focuses on the quality of the evaluation process,and the indicators that reflect the quality of the evaluation are still few.The evaluation index system is only suitable for the internal inspection of the evaluation agency,because the specific implementation of each step of the evaluation procedure is external.Regulators are not monitored in real time.Some scholars have built more indicator systems with more information,and the actual operation is more complicated.In view of this,this paper combines theory with practice,from the perspective of the supervisory party,follows the principle of importance selection of indicators,constructs a set of index system with perfect content and simple framework,and establishes a quality score model for evaluation projects.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.Contains the background and significance of this study.As the quality of asset evaluation projects is getting more and more attention from the public,there is no reasonable index system for the evaluation of project quality.Therefore,this paper combines the needs of theory and reality to select a reasonable method to calculate the project quality score.I hope this article The research can help promote the progress of the asset assessment industry,and provide some ideas for improving China's asset assessment criteria system and improving China's asset assessment and supervision system.The second part is a literature review.The research on the quality of evaluation by domestic and foreign scholars is summarized and summarized.It includes research on the meaning of the assessment quality,the influencing factors and the indicator system.The third part defines the nature of asset assessment,analyzes the influencing factors of the assessment project,and analyzes the environmental factors and evaluates the industry's own factors.Then it introduces and analyzes the status quo of China's asset evaluation project quality evaluation,and finds that there are still many imperfections in the previous evaluation systems and methods.The fourth part introduces the construction process of the evaluation index system in this paper.Firstly,the methods commonly used to evaluate quality evaluation are introduced.After analysis,the factor analysis method is finally selected.By combing the existing evaluation indicators,the evaluation indicators were initially selected,and then questionnaires were set up to evaluate the practitioners' opinions on the importance of the indicators.The collected questionnaires were analyzed by the professional ethics of employees.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the evaluation index system of predecessors and construct a new index system through questionnaire survey and factor
