With the resources and the environment worsing, the sustainable development already became the hot topic of discussion now. When carries on the achievement appraisal to the enterprise, tradition achievement appraisal system is questioned, and the majority thought should not take the financial achievement and the shareholder value merely to enterprise's achievement appraisal, but is must stand in the sustainable development, and considers various aspects fully the benefit, therefore, the multiplicate achievement appraisal system's research is proposed the program.The multi-dimensional value orientation's achievement appraisal system is based on tradition achievement appraisal system, and take the sustainable development as the point of application, and take enterprise's multiplex value as the guidance, and all benefit counterparts' benefit is considered, and elaborated enterprise's overall achievement from the economy, the ecology, the society three dimension, and has carried on the beneficial attempt for the achievement appraisal system development's multiplication.The full text includes:First, stands in the sustainable development, it has carried on the comparative external analysis to the traditional achievement appraisal system, and elaborated the tendency that achievement appraisal system based on the shareholder value is inevitably displaced by achievement appraisal system based on the multi-dimensional value orientation;Second, it has carried on the induction and the classification to the benefit counterparts' determination, and comprehensively has established achievement appraisal system based on the multi-dimensional value orientation, and this model has contained static model establishing the core essential factor , dynamic model carring on the flow and the whole improvement model, and has carried on the designation to the achievement appraisal system's target, and plays the role in this aspect's research for later;Third, according to the real estate profession's particularity, it has analyzed its benefit counterparts, and has established the multi-dimensional value evaluation model of the real estate profession, has also established evaluating indicator, and has provided the condition to this achievement evaluation model in the entire profession's advancement.
