This analytical paper on enterprise achievements management established on the basis of the domestic and overseas theories and practice about achievements management is a summary and exaltation of the author's over five years of experiences accumulated in the working practice of enterprise achievements management.This paper, starting from the concept of achievements, presents a step-by-step discussion about the definitions and characteristics of achievements, achievements appraisal and achievements management, and also offers a detailed elaboration of the overall process of AAA Company's implementation of achievements management.Based on the practical working experience, the author analyzes and probes into the key factors including organization management, enterprise culture, system, enterprise resources, etc., which affect the implementation of achievements management, and elaborates his own viewpoints and opinions concerning the problems in the implementation of achievements management including career planning for employees, individual skills of management personnel, achievements communication, application of achievements results, etc.Achievements appraisal is an important link of achievements management and also the focus of this paper. The paper takes efforts to elaborate that the effective achievements appraisal can be achieved through associated effects of the different levels of enterprise administrators and employees only with the appraisal protocol designed according to the standard of overall effectiveness, definiteness and concreteness, reliability and consistency, objectiveness and justness, public participation, and choice and assembly of suitable appraisal methods according to the actual enterprise situations.
