| Since the 21st century, the fierce market competition and rapidly changing market demands has made enterprises facing much pressure, such as shorter delivery time and improving quality, reducing costs and improving service and so on. Enterprises must focus their limited resources to win success, and this forced suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers to have cooperation. The competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition among the supply chain. The normal operation of supply chain strategic partnership is the basic platform of the supply chain enterprises to obtain a "win-win" situation, and it is also promoting further development of the supply chain management.The development of supply chain strategic partnership is a long-term, dynamic decision-making process. It may meet many contradictions leading partnership discord, so it has an important practical significance to study it systematically. In this paper, we selected the development of supply chain strategic partnership as the research object, based on extension decision-making theory, chose R=(supply chain strategic partnership, performance, high) as the goal of Wu-Yuan, r=(supply chain strategic partnership, operating performance, low) as the condition of Wu-Yuan, and established a real-time monitoring model on the development of supply chain strategic partnership on the basis of a satisfaction index (including the qualified rate of product quality, punctual delivery rate, and the cost-profit ratio) for the scientific management from the perspective of performance.This paper provided the four stages on the development of supply chain strategic partnership: the establishment, maintenance, extension-maintenance and the rupture. Particularly to the stage of extension-maintenance, as time going by, the supply chain strategic partnership may encounter cooperation situations between enterprises incompatible with the contradictions in the course of development. This paper used the extension decision theory to have a thing N(t) of the conjugate analysis, the containing analysis of relevant factors and the relevant analysis operating of performance, then founded the department of strategy Wu-Yuan as solution to the conflict and provided the decision-making basis for management apartment.This paper also had an empirical analysis on the development of supply chain strategic partnership between company M and supplier C as an example, selected supplier partners with the method of You-Du evaluation; To the contradiction of un-ideal punctual delivery rate during the development of supply chain strategic partnership between company M and supplier C the No.3 times (the third year), we had an extension decision analysis and fined the key strategies to the final solution of the problem. |
