The sustainable growth is the supreme goal for enterprises.However,there are very few enterprise really realized the aim all over the world.What might account for this phenomenon? Here are a few matters:the change of business environment; the conflict of internal management;various development stratagems not fitting into the management and so forth underlying crisis.All of them force the hidden troubles and the exterior inevitable factors to the development;it makes the enterprise have to take the strategy change to handle the declining to come and to keep ever growing. Therefore,this is a realistic and crucial subject for notice of strategy change to an enterprise in time or let them find out the strategy change point.Nowadays,the research on how to take the strategy change for an enterprise is quite adequate in academic community,but it is still is a problem that "in which time to take the strategy change".Especially for the aspect of quantitative evaluation, there has no practical approach to figure out a point value.This thesis is around the key problem of to measured the strategy change point in quantitative evaluation for an enterprise and started from the basic theory of strategy change with compared, classified,and identified of the concept,and with analyzed its inside and outside driving forces to classified the types.Above all,we identified some quite authority and crucial indexes from customer,internal process,learning and growth and financing layer which forms an initial index system and covers much abroad.Then, we selected the indexes with the questionnaire investigation from question a certain object,after that to set up a relatively perfect index system and use the reliability statistics and validity analysis to determine the reliability of the index system.At last, we give a properly weighing to each index with AHP.In the part of comprehensive analyzed to the strategy change,we beginning with the two ways of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation one after another,the first pre-alarm functions through identified and aware of the qualitative of the strategy change point;Then,we introduced the model of fuzzy integrated evaluation and use the two levels to figure out a certain point value.At the same time,the second pre-alarm could works with refers the relative notion and theoretic knowledge to put the point value together with a pre-alarm area of strategy change. This evaluation system is not only probably distinguish the degree and to judged if to take the strategy change for an enterprise,but also closer to a deeply degree of four major layers that including customer,internal process,learning and growth and financing,and to determined if take the strategy change with their own status from the estimation by each point value.
