Research On The Credit Rating Of Construction Enterprises

As the pillar industry of national economy, the construction is playing a very important role in national economy and social development. But various market dishonesty have emerged with its prosperous, which seriously hinders the development of construction market, so that building an efficient credit system for construction market becomes an urgent task. Credit rating of construction industry participants as an important fundamental work in credit system building, which rates credit with advanced scientific method, provides important foundation for government regulation and management on construction market, and provides reference for market participants' business, will be of great importance. This thesis researches on construction enterprises and investigates the construction of enterprise index system and rating methods. This thesis constructed the construction enterprise's credit evaluation index system on the basis of consulting the general enterprise's credit evaluation index in an all-round way and combining the construction enterprise's characteristic, chose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of construction enterprise's credit rating which base on the analytical hierarchy to rate the construction enterprise's credit on the basis of analyzing and comparing the various methods of credit rating. Hope to provide a way or a method for the other kinds of constructional companies through this research.The full thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter one: Introduction. Analyze the necessity and meaning of construction enterprises' credit rating, status of domestic and international research, studies of contents and methods. Chapter two: the theoretical foundation summary of enterprises' credit rating. Introduce basic conception, intension, relevant factors, characteristic of enterprise's credit and enterprises' credit rating, etc. Narrate domestic and international development course of credit rating industry briefly, summarize the methods of enterprises' credit rating .Chapter three: to construct the credit evaluation index system of construction enterprises'. Introduce the concept, intension of construction enterprise's credit briefly, put forward the principle of setting up construction enterprises' credit evaluation index system, analyze the main factors and contents which influence the construction enterprises' credit, and construct the credit evaluation index system of construction enterprises'. Chapter four: Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of construction enterprise's credit rating which base on the analytical hierarchy Process. Introduce the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, construct the multistage fuzzy comprehensive appraisal model of construction enterprise's credit rating, utilize the analytical hierarchy Process to confirm the weight of index in every layer, finally take one typical enterprise as an example, cany on credit rating to it, to prove the effectiveness and validity of appraises systematic which this paper build. Chapter five: Conclusion and prospect. Summarize research results of the thesis, propose the limitation and the problems which still be further studied.
