Mine is a high-risk industries, the security situation will have a direct impact on its reputation, economic and survival. In recent years, frequent coal mine accidents had causing enormous social and economic losses and hampered the development of coal industry which becomes the "bottleneck". So, national scholars focus on this problem in recent years. In order to write the paper, I had read lots of reading literature and research experts. The paper established coal security evaluation model based on fuzzy AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.A coal mine in Anhui, for example, the status of coal mine safety was evaluated. Example evaluation shows that the method can improve mine safety and reliability of the scientific evaluation, comprehensive evaluation of coal mine safety can be widely used. The main work is as follows:(1)Analytic safety assessment and establish the method combing fuzzy AHP with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the first and second chapter.(2) In the third and fourth chapter, analysis of factors affecting coal mine safety, the main conditions of the personnel, safety management, coal integrated conditions six factors, from the man - machine - environment these factors. Established a six-level indicators, twenty-three secondary targets, establish weights and the establishment of a coal mine safety evaluation index system. In the fifth chapter, described fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and build a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which membership degree method and introduces a practical example to verify the model. The final evaluation results show that the insecurity caused by the primary and secondary factors in coal mines, proposed measures for improvement and recommendations.(3) In the sixth chapter, the summary text, and there is a certain lack of improvement yet to be better.
