Information becomes a more important issue in the development of enterprise.After about 20 years development, some enterprises have established the more perfect information management system. In view of that, the thesis proposed an optimized information integration method of medium-small sized enterprise.The method has the following advantages:Firstly, the method carries on a clear division to information integration method of medium-small sized enterprise. It decomposes the information integration into three constituents: the application system, the digital resources, the business process. At the same time, each constituent also extremely has orderliness.Secondly, after analyzing the three constituents, it can relate each constituent organically. This can increase feasibility of the method when processing a concrete project. Finally, as considering fully on characteristic of medium-small sized enterprise, it advances a gradually way to implement information integration.Then it can reduce the risk of information integration.
