In the current rapid economic development, accelerate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises Chinese became a topic. Chinese due to the small and medium-sized enterprise technology, scale and other historical reasons, the development was slow, the level of development to the developed countries to the small and medium sized enterprises must go the way of informatization. Therefore, the implementation of the human resources information is the inherent power and the trend of development of small and medium-sized enterprises, is to adapt to the era of choice.Application of the above background this paper aims to study the informatization of human resource management of small and medium enterprises in China based on. The choice of 50 small and medium enterprises in Beijing as the research object, through the questionnaire survey results found some problems existing in the human resources information management application of these enterprises, found that the application of the human resource management information system is not universal, application level is not high, investment insufficient, exist the problems of bad use effect etc.. So this paper put forward the development of medium and small sized enterprises must go the way of informatization, but in the use of human resources management informationization, small and medium-sized enterprises of our country must start from changing the management idea, strengthen the leadership to the attention of informatization, and select the suitable suppliers, capital investment for construction, and the need for IT capability and improve staff quality of human resource managers, to strengthen the professional and technical personnel of the reserve, and create a favorable cultural environment with excellent enterprise culture for the implementation of the human resources management informationization, and then use the E-HR system to integrate all of enterprise human resources, to enable enterprises to achieve leapfrog development, strengthen their competitive strength.
