Along with the informationization technology's unceasing renewal,have changed the people traditional entertainment life in the contents and the ways. In this process, it can be said that cybercafe has played the heavier role. In our country, cybercafe is not just entertainment as a way of life, but also carrys forward the more connotation, not only creates the huge economic interests,simultaneously also contains the potential social benefits.From the economic perspective,as one kind of new entertainment product,cybercafe also has a certain supply-demand relationship.However,in view of China's larger population base and lower coverage of the network,the supply of consumer cybercafe have been unable to meet public demand.In this long-term supply imbalance,it will inevitably lead to "deflation" of the problem. So forth,the phenomenons of the Internet bar security,the young people indulged in network,the cybercrime and the minor wallowed in cybercafe and so on, has aroused widespread concerned in the community.The problem of cybercafe and online-games becomes the topic of one of the most discussed in the past ten years,and solving the cybercafe and online-games problem has become an arduous task in today's society. As a result of the particularity of the cybercafe problem in our country, that is,youth groups as the main body in it,therefore,it will have certain pointedness in solving the cybercafe problem.Based on the classification of the existing cybercafe research,it found that,Our country cybercafe research basically for problem solution-like present situation,and the lack of practice survey analysis and operationsin the certain extent.I selects the young people as the object of study,have conducted in-depth discussion on the young people cybercafe problem.The foothold of on-the-spot investigation result and through the theory support and the data analysis,I annotates the root factors of producing our country cybercafe problem.The structure of this article mainly divides into five parts: the introduction part mainly introduces selected topic background and research mentality and the method of this article, then from the laws and regulations, the applied technology, the chain-like management, the management and operation and the empirical study five aspects carry on the elaboration to the research present situation; the first chapter introduces present situation of domestic and foreign cybercafe development, stresses on the present situation analysis of cybercafe management, and enumerates some questions of our country cybercafe development; the second chapter bases on investigation of cybercafe and the young people, embarkes from the cybercafe management's system stratification plane, then analyzes the related question of our country cybercafe and the network game manages;the third chapter analyses the responsibility of the cybercafe question from the industrial chain's angle,and explains by the cases of the superintendent, the profession association, the operator, the young people guardian and young people;the fourth chapter introduces the management measures and experience of the oversea's cybercafe and the network game, and proposes establishing the supervision system of our country cybercafe and the network game, in order to construct the young people health surfer environment from the government, the society, the profession association, the school and the family aspects.Through the analysis of the cybercafe managers,operators, parents and young people cases in the article,we understood the real ideas and proposals on the present cybercafe management in the community.Around the core issue of the youth cybercafe phenomenon,and through the foreign experience in management of cybercafe,I have proposed the specific measures of the establishment of the supervisory mechanism for our cybercafe management.
