For the past 30 years since China took its open policy, the investment from Taiwan and US have played a more an important role in China's efforts to attract foreign direct investment (FDI). As such, the study of how to increase their competitiveness and productivity, reducing operation cost from business management point of view (especially from HR point of view) has been more and more practical and meaningful.By the method of questionnaire and second hard documents analysis, this research takes turn over rate of employees from both Taiwan invested company and US invested company as its objects and study the relationship between job satisfactions and turn over rate with job characteristics and organizational environment as dependent variables and study the three to effect turn over rates.As the result of this research, the author finds that job characteristics, organizational environment and outside opportunities will all affect job satisfaction which will further affect turnover rate together with outside job opportunities.
