With the whole open of domestic petroleum products markets in 2006, as a service business, satisfaction degree of first-line workers at petroleum products retail business directly decides the standard of their work, realization of enterprise's promise to social, best service for society whether or not, economic benefit and social effect of it.The survey to 180 first-line workers of some petroleum products retail business in 7 sides in south of Jiangsu province (S Inc. for short below) shows, their degree of satisfaction with job is better totally.Satisfactions thought better are as follow: relationship between colleague; knowledge of job rating; approval to leaders and their leadership. But the staff differs widely in their opinions on some points. Satisfactions thought worse are as follow: meals; intensity and hours of labor, prospects for the future; officialdom of some leaders etc.It's perceptible from the survey that satisfactions degree at S Inc. is necessary condition of high loss rate, not sufficient condition. As a natural phenomenon in modern society, the flow of staff is a product of society development and the need to material and spiritual possessions continually. The necessary outcome of social development is to increase production costs for lack of operating staff.It is instant duty of whole society to raise satisfaction degree of the staff, change the mode of economic gain of enterprise, reduce labor intensive industry, increase enterprises using advanced technology, and build a harmony society.
